§ Mr. BarberI am aware that a number of representative organisations have recently expressed support in principle for a decimal system of coinage. But I still have nothing to add to the reply which my right hon. Friend gave my hon. Friend the Member for Cleveland (Mr. Proudfoot) on 31st May.
