§ Mr. MarplesI am constantly striving to safeguard the interests and particularly the competitive freedom of the British shipping industry. The General Council of British Shipping has given me a comprehensive survey of the current position and problems of the different sections of the industry. I intend to discuss this when the General Council is ready.
