§ Mr. MaclayI have no evidence of this kind, but, as the hon. and learned Member will be aware from the replies given to him on 18th and 25th May by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport, this suggestion has been referred to the Departmental Road Safety Committee and the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents for further examination.
