§ Mr. C. Johnsonasked the Minister of Aviation whether all the air operators whose applications for X and Y licences were advertised, or referred to, in official public announcements on 1st July, 1960, had satisfied his Department as to their operational suitability to carry fare-paying passengers.
§ Mr. SandysBefore any such licences are granted all operators will have to obtain the necessary operational clearance.
