Mr. Swinglerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he has considered the letter of 6th July to his Department from the Staffordshire Potteries Water Board about the need for safety measures to protect boreholes near to the line of the Birmingham—Preston Motorway; and what action he will take.
