§ Mr. MarplesIt is estimated that in the years 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958 and 1959 40 per cent., 38 per cent., 36 per cent., 35 per cent. and 37 per cent. respectively of the oil imported into this country was carried in ships flying the British flag.
