Goidu No. 16, Apartment 9, mother of Mrs. Iren Line, 75, Gaysham Hall, Longwood Gardens, Ilford, a British subject, in respect of whom Her Majesty's Government is prepared to issue a visa for entry to the United Kingdom for permanent residence.
