§ Mr. Iain MacleodFollowing the report of the Select Committee of the Northern Rhodesia Legislative Council which was set up last year, a Bill to eliminate discriminatory practices in cafes, restaurants and cinemas has now been published and will be debated in the Legislative Council later this month. There will also be a debate shortly on the report of the Working Party set up to examine discriminatory practices in other fields, in the light of which the Government will consider what further action may be practicable and desirable.
