§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe Report is based on research undertaken for the Interdepartmental Committee on the Business of Criminal Courts, of which Mr. Justice Streatfeild is Chairman. I have no doubt that, in framing their recommendations, the Committee will take full account of the information contained in the Report.
