§ Mr. Sydney Irvingasked the Minister of Health whether he has considered the recommendations, a copy of which has been sent to him, of the independent committee sponsored by King Edward's Hospital Fund for London which carried out a pilot survey of hospital library services.
§ Mr. Walker-SmithI have noted these recommendations with interest. Hospital authorities are aware of the importance I attach to a high standard of library services for patients and I rely on them to develop their services as necessary and as their resources permit.
