§ Mrs. Castleasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies when the Kenya Government intends to bring its practice, with regard to the remission of prison sentences, into line with that obtaining in this country.
§ Mr. Iain MacleodThis matter is under consideration in connection with a Bill providing for a new Prison Ordinance which is at present being prepared and which the Kenya Government hope to intsroduce into the Legislative Council later this year.
