§ Mr. MarplesIn the United States of America and certain other countries large enclosed lorries are used much more extensively than in this country, where the size and shape of lorries and their loads vary very considerably. It would therefore be difficult if not impossible to light the upper extremities of them all, but I will have my hon. Friend's suggestion examined.
