Mr. Jayasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will publish a White Paper listing the development districts proposed under the Local Employment Bill, together with the present development areas and Development Areas Treasury Advisory Committee areas, together with a statement of the reasons for omitting many of the areas in the latter list from the one now proposed.
§ Mr. J. RodgersNo. The list which my right hon. Friend announced on 9th February comprises all those places which at present comply with the requirements prescribed by the Local Employment Bill.
