§ 47. Mr. S. Silvermanasked the Prime Minister whether he will appoint a joint Departmental Committee consisting of representatives of the Home and Defence Departments to consider whether any further co-ordination is required of the respective civil and military defence policies of these Departments and to advise accordingly.
