§ THE MINISTER WITHOUT PORTFOLIO (THE EARL OF DUNDEE)The quotas established under the new arrangements apply only to a small proportion of our imports from China and have been fixed, in general, at levels which should allow a substantial increase in trade. We certainly hope that the Chinese authorities also look forward to an expansion of Sino-British Trade.
