§ Mr. Emeryasked the President of the Board of Trade what action he contemplates taking, under the Anti-Dumping Act, on maize starch.
§ Mr. ErrollThe Board of Trade received an application in 1958 for an anti-dumping duty on maize starch imported from the Netherlands, and announced on 6th February, 1959, that a case for such a duty had not been made out. No subsequent application for an anti-dumping duty has been received in respect of maize starch imports from any source.
