§ Captain Kerbyasked the Minister of Aviation if he is aware that certain officials of the Directorate of Aviation Safety and Licensing, and other branches of his Department, act as freelance pilots to independent aircraft operating companies in their spare time, and in competition with full time freelance airline pilots; and if he will so amend his regulations as to put a stop to this practice.
