§ 42. Mr. Jannerasked the Minister of Health, as representing the Lord President of the Council, whether he will give an assurance that steps will be taken to ensure that the recruitment of teaching staff for the training school for dental auxiliaries at New Cross does not result in depletion of the teaching staffs of the dental schools.
§ Mr. Walker-SmithIt is the Government's intention that the expansion of the facilities for training dental students should proceed concurrently with the experimental scheme for the training of dental auxiliaries; but this does not mean that individual members of the teaching staffs of dental schools will be excluded from consideration when the small teaching staff needed at New Cross is being recruited.
