Noel-Bakerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what reply the Governor of Cyprus sent to the letter addressed to him on 27th November last by the Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes employees union and to other representations from the union regarding the employment of non-Cypriots in Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes establishments in Cyprus.
