Lewisasked the President of the Board of Trade whether in view of the recent trade agreement arrived at between the Federation of British Industries and the Chamber of Foreign Trade of the German Democratic Republic, and the fact that the Federation of British Industries are sending official observers and participating in the Leipzig Spring Fair, he will arrange for an official observer from his Department to attend this fair.
