§ Mr. SoamesThree. One of them, who was also convicted of leaving his military duty without permission, was sentenced to 84 days' imprisonment and discharge from the Army. The second was sentenced to 112 days' detention and reduction to the ranks; and the third was severely reprimanded. These sentences are subject to confirmation
