§ Mr. Russellasked the Minister of Transports if he will arrange for a strip about six feet wide to be taken off the exceptionally wide pavement on the north side of Richmond Road, South Kensington, between its junctions with Earls Court Road and Warwick Road, and added to the roadway so as to ease the congestion caused when vehicles are parked on both sides of the road.
