§ Mr. MarplesThe hon. Member no doubt has in mind a statutory appeal to me from a decision of the Traffic Commissioners for the Northern Traffic Area. I am bound to decide statutory appeals on the evidence and arguments before me in the particular case. That is what I did in this case.
