§ Mr. R. AllanI am glad to be able to tell the hon. Gentleman that on 3rd February our Ambassador in Moscow was informed that the Soviet Government had decided to stop jamming from 17.00 hours Greenwich Mean Time the same day. I understand that Russian jamming has now stopped.
