Captain Kerby

asked the Civil Lord of the Admiralty how many officers of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines have requested permission to leave the service on compassionate, or other personal grounds, in 1959, 1958, 1957, and 1956, respectively; and how many such requests have been approved or rejected.
