§ Mr. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for Air what special equipment has been installed and what special construction work has been carried out in East Anglia in preparation for the United States Air Force aircraft transferred from France.
Mr. WardAs a result of this transfer, jet blast deflectors, crew dormitories, aircraft shelters, and other technical and storage facilities are being constructed 149W at four airfields in this country. The cost is being borne by the United States Air Force.
