§ 45. Mr. Awberyasked the Minister of Transport if he is aware of the present position regarding the incomplete inner ring road in Bristol; and, in view of the obstruction and bottleneck it is causing and the increasingly serious effect this is having upon the business of the city, if he will reconsider his refusal to make a grant towards this stage of the work.
§ Mr. HayI fully realise the value of this proposal, but I cannot say at present when we shall be able to make a grant for it.
