§ Mr. MarplesI am planning eventually to provide a dual carriageway road throughout A.38 between Plymouth and Exeter, but I cannot yet say how soon this work will be carried out. One scheme for the provision of over half a mile of dual carriageway at Redcross Hill is, however, due to start early this summer.
