§ 74. Mr. Callaghanasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he is yet in a position to make a statement on the recommendations contained in the Dalgleish Report to deal with unemployment in Kenya.

As indicated in my reply to the hon. Member on 25th October, I wish to await the report of the debate in Kenya on this question before making a statement.
