§ Mr. N. MacphersonNo. The Registrar of Restrictive Trading Agreements has referred an Agreement relating to cement prices to the Restrictive Practices Court. In these circumstances if a reference were now made to the Monopolies Commission, it would not be able to take account of matters due to go before the Court.
