§ Mr. Awberyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies, in view of the fact that the Blood Commission were not empowered to deal with the question of self government for Malta, and in view of increasing tension in the island, if he will now consult with the representatives of the Maltese Labour Party to ascertain their views on this subject.
