§ Mr. PowellBy the end of November, about 38,000 aids had been supplied. The aids are now becoming available in greater numbers and the rate of issue should increase. Priority has been given to the categories named in the reply of 23rd May last to my hon. Friend the Member for Bristol, North-West (Mr. McLaren). Outside these, supply will depend on the urgency of the need in each particular case.
