§ Mr. Mappasked the Minister of Transport what would be the estimated cost to the British Transport Commission if supplementary assistance was authorised for railway superannuitants 15W up to the basis of the present National Insurance pension and the estimated cost based on the increased pension operative in April next year.
§ Mr. MarplesI am informed by the British Transport Commission that the estimated annual costs would be about £350,000 and £600,000 respectively.
