§ Mr. GodberSince my right hon. Friend's reply to the hon. Member for Bristol, Central (Mr. Awbery) on 23rd November further exploratory talks with Icelandic representatives have been held in Reykjavik from 2nd to 4th December. While discussions are in progress I regret that I cannot make a statement.
