§ Mr. HeathOur delegation in New York is in constant communication with the United Nations authorities there about all activities in the Congo. The United Nations force in the Congo is faced with an extremely difficult task in attempting to maintain order. Where specific allegations of misconduct are made, we understand that they are investigated by the United Nations authorities themselves.
