§ 73. Mr. D. Footasked the Lord Privy Seal if Her Majesty's Government will instruct the United Kingdom representative on the Trusteeship Committee of the United Nations to support the petition that a resolution be put before the General Assembly supporting the move by Liberia and Ethiopia to bring before the International Court the question of the mandate for South West Africa.
§ Mr. HeathI assume that the hon. and learned Gentleman is referring to a draft resolution tabled in the Trusteeship Committee on 23rd November by Ghana, Nigeria and the Sudan. This has already been once revised and as I do92W not know the final form in which it may come to a vote, if at all, I cannot say how the United Kingdom Delegation will vote. Meanwhile, the Trusteeship Committee adjourned its consideration of the question of South West Africa on 25th November.
