Trade with Canada

asked the President of the Board of Trade what steps are being taken to encourage more trade between the United Kingdom and Canada.

With the help of the Dollar Exports Council we are maintaining and reinforcing the successful efforts of recent years to promote our exports to Canada, and, by removing nearly all restrictions on dollar imports, we have opened the way to increased Canadian exports to this country.
