§ Mr. GodberI am informed by the British Egg Marketing Board that it marketed some 17,000 tons of frozen egg in 1959. This is equivalent to about 159W 19,000 tons of shell eggs. In addition, an unknown but smaller quantity of home-produced frozen egg was marketed on private account. Shell eggs imported into the United Kingdom in 1959 amounted to 8,250 tons.
