§ Mr. Walker-SmithI am aware of this recent report, which supports the statement made by the Medical Research Council in 1957 on tobacco smoking and cancer of the lung; on the second part of the Question I would refer my noble Friend to my reply to the hon. Member for Brixton (Mr. Lipton) on 29th February.
