Mr. Doddsasked the Minister of Health if he will make a statement on the proposal to set up in Bristol, through the action of local firms, a factory in which to employ patients from the Fishponds Mental Hospital as a feature in the work of rehabilitation, details of which have been sent to him by the hon. Member for Erith and Crayford.
