§ Mr. MarplesI understand that the London County Council is preparing a scheme to widen Finchley Road between Hendon Way and Swiss Cottage to take six lanes of traffic at a cost provisionally estimated at £1¾ million. The Council hope to submit the scheme for my consideration in the next financial year.
