Mr. VaneMy right hon. Friend has been into this case and the evidence has been studied again by our senior doctors. I am afraid, however, that it is not possible to certify that this lady's husband's death had any connection with his war disablement, and it is not therefore possible to award a war widow's pension to 49W her. She is, however, entitled to other provision under our social service system, and I am writing to the hon. Member about this.
