Mr. Talbotasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he is aware that a nuisance from smell, injurious to health, exists at the Kinver Street sewage disposal works of the Brierley Hill Urban District Council; and if he will discuss with the council the need to take action to install an efficient modern disposal system.
