§ Mr. John HareMy Ministry recommends grades for these products, but a compulsory grading scheme can only be introduced on the initiative of producers under the provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Act, 1958. The Horticultural Marketing Council will, no doubt, consider the whole field of grade standards and the ways in which their use should be promoted.
