8. Mr. Hector Hughes

asked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance if he has yet considered the case of the psychiatric war casualty in Aberdeen of which he was informed by letter dated 29th October from the hon. and learned Member for Aberdeen, North; and if he will now take steps to provide him with an adequate pension and with treatment in a sheltered workshop or special rehabilitation unit for psychiatric patients in or near Aberdeen.
