Member for Cannock; and what steps are being taken to safeguard the health of both parents and children.
§ Sir K. JosephThis case was brought to my right hon. Friend's notice three days ago. He has asked the rural district council, which appears to have responsibility under the Public Health Act, 1936, for dealing with the situation, to consider urgently what it can do.
