Mr. Elwyn Jones

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies how many Africans are at present restricted, without any previous trial in any court of law, to areas in Northern Rhodesia and Kenya on terms such that if they leave these areas without permission they are liable on conviction to imprisonment.
