§ 90. Lady Tweedsmuirasked the Civil Lord of the Admiralty whether, at his forthcoming meeting with the Aberdeen Harbour Board, he will give consideration to making available a pontoon dock to replace the present No. 3 dock.
§ Mr. C. Ian Orr-EwingIn view of recent changes in departmental responsibility, the meeting with the Aberdeen Harbour Board will now be held at the Ministry of Transport. I had previously examined the possibility of the Admiralty providing a pontoon dock and found that we had one floating dock available for disposal. I understand, however, that it is too small in size and lifting capacity to suit Aberdeen.
