§ Mr. G. M. Thomsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what sum was spent during the last financial year on providing buildings for adult education among women in Northern Rhodesia.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydSeparate buildings are not normally provided for this purpose. Both the Northern Rhodesia Government and the local authorities have made existing buildings available164W for adult women's classes. However, last year the Northern Rhodesia Government incurred expenditure of £5,800 on instructional buildings and housing for women trainees.
