§ Mr. Braineasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what constitutional changes are proposed for Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydHer Majesty the Queen has today made an Order in Council and approved the draft of Royal Instructions conferring internal self-government on Jamaica within the Federation of The West Indies. Her Majesty has also made further Orders in Council and approved further Royal Instructions providing for the separate government of the Cayman Islands and the Turks and Caicos Islands. Copies of these Instruments will be placed in the Library of the House as soon as possible.
